British Airways' holiday airline
British Airtours flew the package holiday — Gatwick to the Mediterranean and the Canaries on hand-me-down Comets, 707s and 737s wearing a livery of their own. In 1988 the name was retired and it became Caledonian. Our British Airtours designs draw on the charter years — the marks crews wore on the runs south.
