Trademarks and aviation heritage

The products sold on this site are original designs inspired by the history of commercial aviation. Airline names, liveries, logos, and other marks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners where such rights subsist, including any successors in title.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any airline, past or present, or any successor company. References to historical carriers are made for the purpose of identifying the subject matter and period of a design.

Intellectual property complaints

We take intellectual property rights seriously and will act promptly on any credible notice.

If you are a rights holder, or authorised to act for one, and you believe material on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@defunctairlines.com with the subject line "IP Notice" and include:

1. Identification of the work or mark you say is infringed, and the basis of your rights in it.
2. The URL of each product or page on this site that you say is infringing.
3. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will acknowledge a complete notice within 5 business days and will remove or disable access to material where a notice is substantiated. Repeat infringement will result in permanent removal of the relevant designs.

Export controls and sanctions

Our products are shipped from the United States and are subject to United States export control and sanctions law. We do not ship to countries, regions, entities, or individuals subject to US trade sanctions or embargoes, or to anyone appearing on a restricted or denied party list.

By placing an order you confirm that you are not subject to any such restriction and that you will not re-export the goods in breach of applicable law. Where we cannot lawfully fulfil an order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Age of purchasers

Our products are general consumer apparel and carry no age restriction. Orders must be placed by a person aged 18 or over, or with the consent of a parent or guardian, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Payment security

This site is served over HTTPS and all payment pages are encrypted in transit. Card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never receive, handle, or store your full card number.
