These Terms of Service govern your use of defunctairlines.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use is your own or that you are authorised to use it.

2. Products

We sell apparel featuring original designs inspired by the history of commercial aviation. Every item is printed to order.

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can, but screens vary and printed colours may differ slightly from what you see. Garment measurements are given as a guide and small variations between individual items are normal for printed apparel. A minor variation of this kind is not a fault — though if you are unhappy with your item for any reason, our 30-day free return policy applies.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown exclusive of any customs duties or import taxes, which are described in our Shipping Policy.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed. Payment is taken at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details — payments are handled by our payment processor.

Occasionally an item may be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description because of a genuine error. Where this happens we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will contact you before doing so.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item cannot be produced, where we cannot lawfully ship to your address, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy gives you 30 days to return an item for a full refund, with return shipping paid by us. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

6. Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, text, photographs, and layout of this site are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit them without our written consent.

Our designs are original works inspired by aviation heritage. Names and marks of airlines referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners, where such rights subsist. We do not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any airline, past or present, or its successors.

If you believe material on this site infringes your intellectual property, please see our Legal Notice for how to contact us, and we will respond promptly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it by automated means, or to attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not authorised to reach.

8. Disclaimers

We provide this site and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as expressly stated in these Terms or our Refund Policy, the site is provided "as is" and we make no other warranties. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of that state, except where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
