THE STORY

Eighty years over the Andes

Lloyd Aereo Boliviano was founded in Cochabamba in 1925 and became one of the oldest airlines in the world, flying Junkers and then DC-6s, 727s and 707s over some of the hardest terrain in aviation. It stopped flying in 2007. Our LAB designs draw on those eight decades — the marks crews wore over the Andes.
